TRACK FOR ATTRACTION TYPE MAGNETIC LEVITATION TYPE CAR AND TRAVELLING SYSTEM USING SAME TRACK

PURPOSE:To reinforce the structure of a track, to give a passage, to adjust the attitude of a rail, to prevent noises and to reduce running resistance by supporting and fixing the rail to the side face of one beam type track girder for a linear motor car through a rail support member. CONSTITUTION:A serration section 14 is formed to the upright wall surface 12 of a box-shaped track girder 1, a top face 11 of which is flattened and which is made of concrete. A rail support member 2 composed of a plate material 21 for carrying a rail 4, a plate material 22 for fixing and a compression flange 23 is fixed onto the upright wall surface 12 by four anchor bolts 3 so that a serration section 222 is faced oppositely to the serration section 14 of the track girder 1. The attitude of the rail support member 2 is adjusted by a jack bolt 33, and a section between the serration sections 14, 222 is filled with mortar and the serration sections are fast stuck. The rail 4 is fastened to the rail support section 2. Accordingly, the deflection rigidity of the rail is increased, a car is made to travel stably, and controllability can be improved.
