PURPOSE: To visualize a microwave with a digital image processor, by combining multiple parallel antenna arrays to an A/D conversion means, for visualizing a digital signal with the use of a digital bear formation means. The process generates a chirp signal for each pair of the fan beam signal, and the chirp signal is processed with a matching filter 22, so that each chirp signal is converted into an image corresponding to a scene.
