PURPOSE:To provide the subject food capable of strengthening the bone through its oral administration and of preventing and curing a variety of osteopathies, containing a whey protein concentrate as active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:The objective food or beverage containing a whey protein concentrate as active ingredient prepared by concentrating whey pref. to 40-150 fold followed by lyophilization.
