CONSTITUTION:The temp. and the heat flux at embedded point of a thermocouple are analyzed by using the finite element method from various heat conditions in a continuous casting mold, and analyzed data are inputted and stored into the computer as the data. the actual measured temp. at the time of operating and the data in the computer are collated and the heat flux and surface temp. are outputted as the heat theoretical quantity. By this method, even fine effect of slit pitch is calculated two dimensionally or three dimensionally and heat behavior can be immediately detected.
