PURPOSE:To prevent short sized articles, small articles and heavy weight articles, etc., from falling off by moving a movable block so that a movable belt roll for table on the upstream side separates from a movable belt roll for table on the downstream side when upper and lower heaters are closed. CONSTITUTION:A movable belt roll for table 2a on the downstream side, which approaches the upstream side to a heater H2 on the lower side, is constituted to become a movable belt roll with a double slide structure for which the conveyor belt is arranged not to sag. Therefore, a horizontal motion which is equivalent to the horizontal component of a box motion by upper and lower heaters H1, H2 can be performed. In addition, when the upper and lower heaters H1, H2 are opened, a movable belt roll for table 2a on the upstream side gives a horizontal motion in the separating direction, and an interval to a movable belt roll for table 4a on the downstream side is made larger. Also, when the heaters are opened, the movable belt roll for table 2a on the upstream side gives a horizontal motion in the approaching direction to close the interval. By this method, at the time of packaging of short sized articles, small articles and heavy weight articles, etc., accidents due to falling of articles to be packaged are eliminated.
