PURPOSE:To enable rice to be cooked automatically and collectively from rice washing to warm keeping by forming a three-step equipment, and by arranging an upper step section including a rice container provided with a rice quantity controller on one side and a water storage tank provided with a water quantity controller on the other side, an intermediate step section including a rice washing vessel provided with a rice washing controller, and a lower step section including a rice cooking controller and a heat retaining controller. CONSTITUTION:On the one side of the upper step section of the full-automatic rice-washing and rice-cooking jar 11 of a three-step equipment, a rice container 1 is set, and the measure 12 of a rotary drum type is rotated by a motor, and when a fixed rice quantity is determined, then the button or the like of a figure for displaying its quantity is pushed, and the rice of the quantity is contained in rice-washing container 9 set at an intermediate step. Through the button, the container 9 is worked to be interlocked with a water quantity controller 5, and a time and a water quantity necessary for rice-washing are fed to the rice-washing container 9, and rice is washed to be agitated for several ten seconds by an agitating rod 13 projected from an upper section. The rice processed at the intermediate section is contained in a vessel 10 for a rice cooking chamber and a heat retaining chamber at a lower step section. By a light sensor or a device 15 for sensing the containing of the rice and water with the weight, rice cooking switch is turned on, and the rice is cooked, and when cooking the rice is completed, then by a buzzer or the like, the completion is announced.
