ASSEMBLY OF HYDRAULIC TRANSMISSION DEVICE AND INTEGRAL TYPE HYDRAULIC TRANS AXLE

PURPOSE: To minimize machining by providing rotatable cylinder blocks for a pair of displacement type hydraulic devices of a hydraulic transmission device and an approximate U-form central part of single body having a first and a second surface which work in cooperation with the cylinder blocks. CONSTITUTION: A displacement type hydraulic device 20 is configured so that a rotatable cylinder block 45 is coupled with a drive input shaft 47 pivoted on an uppers housing 12 and the central part 48 of a hydraulic transmission device and a pressure oil is discharged by a piston 51 in accordance with the angle of a swash plate 54. On the other hand, a fixed displacement type hydraulic device 22 has a cylinder block 58 capable of rotating in the direction perpendicular to the capacity type hydraulic device 20, in which pistons 59 are pressed to a swash plate 61 by a spring 60, and the drive output shaft 35 is driven by the oil pressure given from the displacement type hydraulic device 20. The central part 48 to support the two drive shafts 47 and 35 in the perpendicularly intersecting directions is made in an L-form by casting and provided with necessary oil paths. According to this procedure, the machining work can be minimized.
