MANUFACTURE OF SOFT VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN-FILM COATED WITH ACRYL RESIN

PURPOSE:To form a soft vinyl chloride resin-film without molecular orientation by uniaxially stretching or biaxially stretching the soft vinyl chloride resin- sheet coated with the acryl resin being yet in soft state. CONSTITUTION:Soft vinyl chloride resin is formed into a sheet like shape by normal methaods such as a calender forming, an extrusion forming, a blow extrusion forming, etc. Next, the surface of the soft vinyl chloride resin-sheet is coated with acryl resin by extrusion lamination or coextrusion forming. Then, this soft vinyl chloride resin film coated with the acryl resin is drawn by normal draw down or tentering means. Then, the sheet must be kept in soft state until the drawing of the sheet has been finished such that the polymer molecules of the resin are not orientated.
