摘要

PURPOSE:To exhibit an antithrombotic effect over a long period of time by the formed neonatal inner coat by providing a fibrin layer, at least the surface of which is hydrolyzed, on the surface of a base material formed of a high- polymer material. CONSTITUTION:The antithrombotic medical material 1 is provided with the fibrin layer 3 on the surface of the base material 2 formed of a high-polymer material. The surface of this fibrin 3 is a hydrolyzed part 4. The fibrin layer 3 is treated by plasmin, by which at least the surface thereof is hydrolyzed. In addition, the fibrin layer 3 is simply necessitated to be hydrolyzed in at least the surface layer part in contact with the blood. This antithrombotic medical material has the fibrin layer 3 and the fibrin layer part 4 at least the surface layer part of which is hydrolyzed, by which the high antithrombotic and biofitting properties are imparted thereto. The propagation of cells is particularly good and collagen is produced as the result of the expansion of the cells. The neonatal inner coat which is homogeneous as a whole is thus formed.
