EAR SHELL REAR DIRECTION ACOUSTIC RADIATION TYPE HEADPHONE WITH FRONT OPEN CYLINDRICAL BUFFLE

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in a low frequency range level and disturbance of a characteristic of a medium sound frequency range by surrounding an acoustic radiation unit and a concha with a cylindrical buffle using a sound absorption material with sound absorption property like a felt so a to include them and loading the buffle to the head so as to be pressed thereto. CONSTITUTION:A buffle 3 made of a felt or the like and having an opening 2 in front is fitted to an outer periphery of an acoustic radiation unit 1 and the unit is fitted to a head band 4 or the like so that the opening is directed in front. Since the unit is fitted to a head 6 so as to be covered from the rear side of a concha 5 as shown in Figure, the unit radiates sound from the rear side with respect to the ears. The structure of the head phone is of extremely open type and since the unit if arranged to the rear side of the ear, a sense of presence of the unit is not almost felt. Since the sound conduction and vent to the external side is excellent, a pleasant sense of use and listening sense without a pressing sense is realized.
