METHOD OF APPLYING LINER PLASTER BOARD TO PANEL ASSEMBLING TYPE BUILDING AND PANEL WITH PLASTER BOARD

PURPOSE:To improve finish quality of the work by providing a panel body in which plywoods are stuck to a frame body from the both sides and a plaster board stuck to one surface thereof, and forming the end surface of the plaster board into a tapered surface. CONSTITUTION:Plywoods 11b are stuck to the frame body of a core material 11a from the both sides thereof to form each panel body 11, 12. A board S1 is stuck to the whole inner surface of the panel body 11, and a board S2 having a width shorter by 1/2 of the thickness T of the panel body 11 is stuck to the inner surface of the other panel body 12. Tapered surfaces of about 45 deg. are preliminarily formed in the parts of the end surfaces S1a, S2a where the boards S1, S2 are mutually butted to make a rough butted form. Hence, board sticking work in the field can be omitted, and the working period can be shortened.
