A required number of handrail mounting holes 21 are shaped to the top faces of projecting end edges. A shaft is drilled while building a lining body by the segments 1 with the elevation facilities and normal segments 11, a plurality of the segments 1 with the elevation facilities are disposed continuously, and handrails 3 are fitted into the handrail mounting holes 21. The ground is drilled up to specified depth, and the elevation facilities are constructed into the shaft. Accordingly, the efficiency of execution of the whole construction can be improved without erecting elevation facilities for temporary installation and main installation.
