PURPOSE:To relieve the load in an application service function section and to realize unified service processing by using a primitive in common to each protocol including a protocol identifier and a required parameter so as to absorb the dissidence between different kinds of protocols. CONSTITUTION:Primitive processing sections 22,47 attaining common processing between different kinds of protocols, a data edit processing section 31, and a protocol decomposing analysis section are arranged to a transaction function application section 11, and primitives 21, 49 in common to each protocol including a protocol identifier and a required parameter are sent/received between the transaction function application section 11 and a host application service function section 12. The processing corresponding to different kinds of protocols in common is attained by the transaction function application section 11 to relieve the load in the host application service function section 12.
