PURPOSE:To prevent water from leaking out by placing concrete in a space section, after an inner cylinder having the space section is set in a tunnel, and the one end opening section of the space section is provided with an inner side frame, and by fitting sealing material in a channel formed with the projection of the inner side frame. CONSTITUTION:Along the inner peripheral surface of a hole 1, an outer cylinder 2 is formed, and from the outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder 3 having a space section 8 is formed. After that, at the one end peripheral-end-edge of the inner cylinder 3, an inner side frame 4 is set so that a projected section 5 may be projected to the side of the space section 8, and after that, an outer side frame 6 is fitted outside the inner side frame 4, and the space section 8 is closed. After that, through a concrete mixer 12 and through the injecting slot of the inner cylinder 3, concrete is placed in the space section 8. When the outer side frame 6, the inner side frame 4, and the inner cylinder 3 are removed from after the concrete is hardened, then by the separation of the projected section 5 of the inner side frame 4, a channel is formed. Besides, after water-expanding sealing material is fitted in the channel, the concrete is placed in the same manner.
