PURPOSE:To freely and //quickly move a grain raiser for concrete surface even in a narrow underground space so as to effectuate the work of grain raising of concrete surface by connecting by means of a flexible joint an arm mounted to a truck and a guide rail having a grain raiser movably mounted thereon. CONSTITUTION:A flexible joint having a sheath pipe 31 fitted over its end to allow its inner and outer tube bodies to freely slide against each other, and comprising a horizontal pin 32 and a vertical pin 33, is mounted to an arm 2 in such a manner as to allow movement of a grain raiser 4, the arm being fixed to a truck 1. A guide rail 3 capable of taking vertical and horizontal positions is connected to the arm via the joint. The grain raiser 4 is applied to wall surface by boom hoisting of the arm 2 and is rotated while the depth is regulated by a spacer 34. Further, the wall surface is machined corresponding to its recessed and projecting parts by means of connection by the flexible joint. To move the truck 1, the rail 3 is folded into smaller size to the side of the arm 2 about the pin 32.
