PAROTIN CHONDROITIN SULFATE AND GROWTH ACCELERATOR FOR FISHES AND SHELLFISHES CONTAINING SAME COMPOUND

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a growth accelerator useful for aquaculture having excellent growth-accelerating effect to fishes and shellfishes containing parotin chondroitin sulfate. CONSTITUTION:For instance, 0.1M citric acid buffer solution is added to royal jelly and the generated precipitation is centrifuged, then ammonium sulfate is added to the resultant supernatant and allowed to stand, thus further centrifuged and the resultant supernatant is dialyzed with 0.01M phosphoric acid buffer solution. Next, chondroitinsodium sulfate solution is added to the dialyzed solution and the generated precipitation is separated, then freeze-dried to afford the aimed parotin chondroitin sulfate.
