REDUCTION SYSTEM FOR OBJECT PROGRAM OF CONDITIONAL SENTENCE

PURPOSE:To reduce the scale of an object program and at the same time to increase the executing speed of the object program by providing a data attribute storage area to store the value area of the data declared by a source program and a conditional sentence object reduction means. CONSTITUTION:When a compiler 2 is started, a front end part 21 outputs the value areas a1 - a2 and b1 - b2 of the data A and B declared by an input source program 1 to a data attribute storage area 4 together with output of an intermediate language 3. In particular, the language 3 is produced with input of a conditional sentence which decides the result of comparison carried out between the values of data A and B. Then a back end part 22 inputs the language 3 and outputs an object program 5 and at the same time inputs the value areas of both data A and B stored in the area 4 via a conditional sentence object reduction means 221 to decide the propriety for output of the object of a process 1 when the conditional sentence object and the conditions are satisfied to the language 3. When the propriety is confirmed for the output of the object, the part enclosed by the brackets is deleted at production of the program 5. As a result, the scale of the program 5 is reduced and the executing speed of the program 5 is increased.
