PURPOSE:To contrive tenacity reinforcing by placing concrete at crossed sections, after plane-crossed-frame-shaped band plates having the level of almost floor slab thickness are firmly fitted on the upper and lower respective flanges of beams at the crossed sections of the steel frame beams and RC columns. CONSTITUTION:Sections between the confronted sides of the frame pieces 3 of a closed type having the level of almost slab thickness are formed with band plates B connected to each other with reinforcing plates 4. After that, on the upper and lower respective flanges 1, 2 of beams A at the crossed positions of the steel frame beams 4 and RC columns D, the plates B and ribs 5 are fitted, and they are integrally formed.
