PROCESSING METHOD FOR LARGE SLOPE OF CUT SECTION OF PLATE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To process a slope equal in the breadth by supporting the vicinity of a section of a curvedly cut plate by means of a fixed support and an adjustable support and using a large slope processing machine which travels along rails. CONSTITUTION:The surface of an aluminium plate 1 is corrected to a degree parallel to the height of the surface of rails 7 by means of a ruler and adjusted through adjustment of the height of the top and the bottom of a height adjustment bolt 8 and also slant adjustment of slant adjustment bolts 9A, 9B. After running a large slope processing machine 11 along rails 7 in this condition and rough cutting by means of a milling cutter 11B, a spacer 13 is inserted in the milling cutter 11B, then finishing cut is performed, and the captioned large slope processing is finished.
