HEALTH INSTRUMENT TO STIMULATING EFFECTIVE SPOT FOR APPLYING MOXA ON SOLE OF FOOT

PURPOSE:To maintain health by stimulating effective spots for applying moxa on the sole of a foot without specifying a place or shoes by providing projecting parts in the center of the upper part of an elastic body and fitting an adhesive seal to the bottom side part of the elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A projecting part 2 is provided in the center of the upper part of an elastic body 1 and an adhesive seal 3 is fitted to the bottom side part. The adhesive seal part 3 is mounted to a position to be abutted to an arch 4 of the foot and a center 5 of the sole in the inner bottom of the shoes. In such a case, by pressing, stimulating the effective spots for applying moxa on the sole of the foot with the projecting part 2 and especially using the elastic body 1, shock is relaxed at the time of walking and the effect of finger pressure is reflexively obtained. By increasing/ decreasing the number of the plural elastic bodies 1, the strength of pressure is adjusted according to the height of the arch. Thus, while normally walking, the operation of internal organ function is made active for the adrenal gland called as the source of life by stimulating the effective spots for applying moxa such as the arch 4 and center 5 of the foot, etc., positioning in the reflexive zone of the adrenal gland. Then the metabolism of a whole body is improved and health is promoted.
