PURPOSE: To automatically inform a user of whether or not a specific toll communication agent is used in an early stage of preparations for a call by sending an audible logo to the call so as to inform the user of the communication agent which provides services for the user before the number of a communication card is gathered and a connection with an operator is made. CONSTITUTION: When the user dials a 0-number call from a telephone terminal 302 connected to a local switchboard 304, the local switchboard 304 passes the call to a trunk circuit 306 of a traffic service position system TSPS 308. A signal detection and information system 314 is controlled by an auxiliary processor 322 consisting of a central processor 324 and a program 326 and when numbers are detected and proper numbers are all received, the main processor 316 connects the call directly to a toll switchboard 313 through the trunk 306 and a toll circuit 312 or to an operator device 317 through a network 310 first so as to further process the call under the control of the operator.
