NEW BIOLOGICAL SUBSTRATE FOR PRESERVING VIABILITY OF BLOOD VESSEL AND ITS PRODUCTION

摘要

NEW MATERIAL:A new live substance of blood vessel produced from supernatant liquid of culture mixture of a human ovarian tumor cell or an established cell thereof (HUOCA-II) and showing basicity. USE:A reagent for multiplying an endothelial cell and a medicine. PREPARATION:For example, a human ovarian tumor cell or an established cell thereof is cultured in a medium containing 20% serum of HUOCA-II at 37 deg.C under 5% carbon dioxide gas condition, multiplied, supernatant liquid of the culture mixture is collected, adjusted to pH5.0 with acetic acid, incorporated with a cation exchanger adsorbed on the cation exchanger while mild stirring at 4 deg.C and the adsorbed substance is eluted by using a phosphoric acid buffer solution containing 2M NaCl. Then the eluted fraction is successively subjected to ultrafiltration and gel filtration and purified to give the objective substance for blood vessel.
