SOLID MATTER USING BEAN-CURD REFUSE AS CHIEF MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PURPOSE:To reuse the subject solid material effectively as a light-weight low- cost construction material, etc., by a method wherein the bean-curd refuse and cement are mixed and agitated at a specific ratio, pressure-sensitive adhesives and water are added at a specific ratio and agitated, and a mixture is flowed into a mold and molded. CONSTITUTION:40-50% bean-curd refuse and 25-30% cement are mixed and stirred at a specific ratio respectively, and 15-25% pressure sensitive adhesives and 5-15% water are added at a specific ratio respectively and stirred. The mixture is flowed into a mold, cured for a specified time of 18-24 hr, and mold- released. Accordingly, bean-curd refuse which has been discarded approximately is converted into a light-weight low-cost construction material, etc, and can be utilized effectively.
