PURPOSE:To eliminate minimizingly the effect on operation error and transmission error due to noise by inserting a retracting term of a root to a coefficient adaptive control formula of an adaptive forecast filter. CONSTITUTION:A zero filter coefficient control circuit and a pole filter coefficient control circuit revise sequentially coefficients of the adaptive forecast filter respectively. The coefficient control system of the adaptive forecast filter includes a term having a sequential effect due to a differentiation coefficient by the study identification method and a term having an effect retracting the root to a predetermined value. Then the term retracting the root is inserted to the coefficient control formula. Thus, the coefficient adaptive control method having more excellent Robust property is realized. Thus, the effect on operation error and transmission error due to noise is eliminated optimizingly.
