PURPOSE:To accurately grasp the progress of the program work state by sequentially recording the change of the program work state together with the real time. CONSTITUTION:A comparison/decision means 9 compares the information stored in a 1st storage means 8 with the input information to decide the program work state which changes in response to the progress of the program work. The result of this decision is stored in a 2nd storage means 11 together with the real time information received from a time means 10. The change information on the work state stored in the means 11 is transmitted to a supervisor, etc., via an output means 7. Thus the supervisor can grasp the progress time of the work state of each programmer by reference to the work record.
