NEW MATERIAL:The subject yeast prepared by fusing the first yeast containing a chromosome recombined with a DNA sequence coding a different kind of protein and having an ability to produce the different kind of protein with the second yeast containing a chromosome recombined with a DNA sequence coding another different kind of protein and having an ability to produce the other kind of protein. USE:The manifestation of a different kind of protein and the manifestation of plural different kinds of protein with the same kind of cells. PREPARATION:The first yeast containing a chromosome recombined with a DNA sequence coding a different kind of protein and having an ability to produce the different kind of protein is fused with the second yeast containing a chromose recombined with a DNA sequence coding another kind of protein and having an ability to produce the other different kind of protein.
