PURPOSE:To simplify the construction of a sheet guide part, by a method wherein, a plurality of cassettes vertically placed, a slanted front face and a slanted rear face are formed at the front edge part of each casing, and a copy sheet guiding passage is formed between the upper and the lower casing. CONSTITUTION:Each of a plurality of cassettes 2a-2c has a casing 2 formed by a bottom part 8, a front edge part 9, right and left side edge parts 10, and a rear edge part. The bottom part 8 is provided with a plate 12 which serves to forcibly push upward copy sheets 11, contained in the casing 2, to a feed position. In which case, each of the cassette 2a-2c is provided at the front edge part 9 of the casing 2 with a slanted front face 9a and a slanted upper face 9b, and a guide passage for the copy sheets 11 fed from the underlaying casing 2 side is formed by the slanted front face 9a of the casing 2 up and the slanted upper face 9b of the casing 2 down. This simplifies the construction of a guiding part for the sheets.
