PURPOSE:To perform heating responding to an outside air temperature, by a method wherein through measurement of an actual outside air temperature right before a point of time when a midnight power time is completed, a heat accumulating amount of an electric heater responding to an estimated outside air temperature is corrected. CONSTITUTION:In a starting point t1 of a midnight power time, a point of time being retroactive by a specified time from a completion point of time t2 of a midnight power time is set as a reference point of time t0. A point of time t3 being retroactive by a set energizing time T1 is set as a point of time at when energization is started, whereby power is supplied from a power source during the energizing time T1, and power supply is completed at the reference point of time t0. The energization causes heating of a heat accumulating body to accumulate heat equivalent to the energization time T1. At the reference point of time t0. an actual outside air temperature is measured, a heat accumulating amount responding to the outside air temperature is compared with a heat accumulating amount responding to an estimated outside air temperature to determine a difference therebetween. An energizing time T2 in which a heat accumulating amount responding to the difference can be provided is set, and a heater is energized in order to perform accumulation of heat according to the energizing time T2.
