The numeric frequency synthesis circuit is part of a numeric modulator andprovides an output signal (SO) of which the output frequency f1 is equal tothe product of the whole number P and a factor N' + (F'+M)/P equal to the sumof a different whole number N' and a rational number (F'+M)/P that is smallerthan one and equal to the sum of two fractional parts of the unit, F'/P andM/P, where M/P is a function of one modulating input signal.
