DEVICE FOR CONDUCTANCE DETECTION IN CAPILLARY ISOTACHOPHORESIS

The design concerns the field of instrumentation for analytical chemistry. Its principle is to connect blocks of the device for conduction detection in capillary isotachophoresis in the way that, apart from correct measurement of conductivity of electrolytes in the detection cells, the device generates the logical signal that carries the information about the time coordinate of the occurrence of the pre-selected effective mobility of the component or components in the detection area of the conduction detector of the pre-separation capillary and the action of this logical signal initialises calculation of the suitable moment of modification of current circuits of separation areas of the isotachophoretic analyser with binding of columns in the control subsystem of the isotachophoretic analyser in regard to the correct analysis process in the analytical capillary.IMAGE
