The device consists of the suction pipe of the propeller turbine, which is freely mounted on the weir and to which the lever mechanism with at least one level switch is attached and to which a hanger element is fastened. The upper part of the element is attached to the end of the first arm of the supporting balancing structure, whose middle part is hinged on the pivot, which is bilaterally attached to the clamping piece, which is fixed to the rotary large-size bearing, whose outer piece is fixedly attached in the ring. The ring is anchored in the support pillar, which is installed on the bank of the weir and whose lower surface forms an angle in the range between 3 and 5 degrees with the horizontal plane, while a counter balance is mounted at the end of the second arm of the supporting balancing structure. The gist of the solution is also the fact that an absorber is hinged on the upper pivot in the second arm of the supporting balancing structure and the other end of the absorber is hinged on the lower pilot of the extension of the clamping piece. Moreover, the gist of the solution is also the fact that brackets of the tilting and swivelling mechanism are attached to the arms of the supporting balancing structure and the other end of the tilting and swivelling mechanism is attached to the support pillar, possibly to the anchoring element, which is placed on the bank of the weir.IMAGE
