METHOD OF GEARBOXES' HARMONICS WAVE GENERATORS' ELASTIC BEARINGS TESTING

摘要

The solution concerns the branch of bearing testing and its object consists in method of testing the service life of flexible bearings of generators of waves of harmonic gear transmissions. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that the inner ring of the flexible bearing is firmly fixed on rotating part of oval shape, with which it rotates at a speed of 500 to 25,000 rpm-1. The outer ring of the flexible bearing is fixedly arranged with necessary overlap ensuring the appropriate testing load in flexible standing part, which stresses the outer bearing ring with pressure in the range of forces occurring during testing and operation transmission load.
