PLASTICIZING ADMIXTURE FOR CONCRETES, MORTARS AND CERAMIC RAW MATERIALS PREPARATION

The solution concerns a plasticizing admixture into mixture for preparation of concretes, mortars, and ceramic raw matters with higher retarding and plasticizing efficiency of the stock solution, while the retarding effect during standing of this solution is reduced significantly slower. The principle of the solution consists in the fact that from 24 to 95 percent by weight of sulfonated condensate of phenolic raw matters is enriched with 0.1 to 10 percent by weight of triethanolamine, and with 4 to 76 percent by weight of water. The solution can be used in preparation of normal and special gypsum-less concrete mixtures, mixtures of ceramic raw materials and in plasticizing betonite in drill rig suspensions in exploration and exploitation of oil.
