The machine is comprised of: The frame (1) with a fixed body section (2) having a blade (3) at its base. The transport system with its wheels (4.1) and central axle (4.2), where it has horizontal adjustment options for the central axle (4.2) relative to the wheels, and it is achieved by suitable manipulation of the bolt (4.11) and rings (4.9) (4.10). The central hydraulic system with canisters (5.1). The end folding system with folded ends, and the folding mechanism with the hydraulic folding system and the canisters (6.10). The laser system's adapting base (7.1) with a hydraulic automation system N. 3 via a canister (7.4). Finally, of all the necessary elements for operation of the hydraulic systems and automation: the oil reservoir (5.7), the pump (5.8), the valves (8.1), the control console (5.9) and the electro valve (5.10). The problem of folding the ends for their specific disengagement, is solved by the modularly joined arms (6.8) and (6.9), which when receiving pressure from the hydraulic canister (6.10) at point (6.13), rotate around point (6.18), lifting the end which rotates around the axle (6.4). The weight problem is solved by the size of the machine, which can be up to 4.20 metres in length, thereby surpassing 2140 kilos (2140 kilos = 3.80 metres length). The problem of automation readiness is solved by a third hydraulic system N. 3, the canister (7.4) and the electro valve (5.10), for compliance between hydraulic and electrical circuits. The problem of horizontal orientation of the grading system is solved by rings (4.9) and (4.10) which are fixed to spines (2.4) and (4.7) and a bolt (4.11) which, when turned, adjusts the angle of the axle (4.2). The grader can be used for simple or rough levelling even on hard terrains, for topical grades and root cultivations, and in automated form it can grade providing an incline at the side of a field, or even an incline towards a corner (double angle), with only one initial system adjustment and with a maximum error factor of one (1) centimetre.
