Method for evaluating accuracy of voltage converters of mean and root-mean value of distorted signals with high peak factor, performed in a system containing a model converter, the evaluated converter and a signal generator, characterised in that after determination of the transfer band width of the evaluated converter (2) by means of a sinusoidal signal, inputs of the evaluated converter (2) and the model converter (3), trapezoid signals are received from the generator (1) with their front slope much greater than the maximum speed of changes (Sr) of the evaluated converter's (2) degree of alternating current output signal and of back slope (Sr)1 equal to the speed of changes (Sr) of the model converter's (3) degree of alternating current output signal , subsequently, while keeping its maximum signal value and frequency constant , the front slope of the trapezoidal signal is gradually decreased and when the value of the evaluated converter (2) and the model converter's (3) output signal begins to decrease, the speed of the evaluated converter's (2) changes of the alternating current's output signal degree is determined as equal to (Sr), and then without changing the slope of the generator's (1) front face output signal, its frequency is changed within the previously determined transfer bandwidth range, and then absolute values of the evaluated converter's (2) conversion errors are determined.IMAGE
