The static shears consist of a body (1) made of plastic, in the shape of a hook, with a pick up slot (10) and a slit (11), coming from a small port (12), near which a blade (3) is placed which bars the slit (11) with a sloping course, converging, from the mouth (11') of the slit (11) towards the wider point (12) of the port. The sharp descent (13), which prepares the tip of the hook, with its own internal track (15) subtends the blade (3) and in the presence of stress, the two components: the track (15) and the blade (3) vibrate initiating a slight movement which facilitates the cutting of the object required to be cut. Meanwhile, as wide portions of sheet metal are cut, the small port (12) collects them.
