The invention as of this description contributes in a certain way to resolve simply and efficiently the problem of urban transport. It concerns a mini underground system comprising a rapid moving pavement, supplied with acceleration and slowing down systems for users, who gain access to and move away from the moving pavement. The devices which provide acceleration and slowing down of the passengers are comprised, mainly, of two assemblies of mechanical bodies: a train of rollers, where the rollers have a particular configuration and are motor-driven in such a way that they present an increasing (or decreasing) peripheral velocity at subsequent points of the said train of rollers and a set of handles, shackles or similar during movement at an increasing (or decreasing) speed in such a way as to have a speed in the correct ratio with that of the train of rollers below.
