Support 'for motors and geared motors' with overlapping planes, oscillating with lengthwise and rotary mobility controlled dynamometrically and electronically suitable for locking the above mentioned propulsors in the event of errors in the resulting movement
The mechanism comprises two overlapping planes mobile lengthwise but at the same time joined in their overlapping by two robust sliding spherical bars which leave the lengthwise displacement free. The planes are kept in line with the sides equal by two springs opposite each other adjustable in their traction by screws (dynamometric system), when the propulsor is assembled on the support at each tangential effort of the "motor", the springs make the plane oscillate slightly, which in turn is provided with microswitches, which when suitably connected and calibrated disenable the propulsor subjected to erroneous force. In fact, by applying our appropriate support to a sliding electric gate under the geared motor of the said gate, the latter both when open and closed, at the time when an obstacle presents itself, blocks and with immediate reversal of the movement (for a fraction of a second) releases the obstacle then disenables the entire system. It ensures the total safety of people, animals or objects which may be hit accidentally by any parts of the moving gate. Furthermore, it has to be considered that the support can be calibrated according to the application required, which can range from the sliding electric gate to the hinged gate with one or two openings, to conveyor belts or assembly lines.
