This describes equipment for following a laser ray including means for transferring the said ray from a position pointing towards the cab of an operating machine guided by the said laser ray. Such equipment comprises essentially a strand of fibre optics with both ends joined in a cable, with each end of the individual fibre optics protruding for a certain distance from each end of the cable, one end of the fibre optics being integrated with one casing and housing piece intended to be fixed immovably to the operating machine, corresponding to an external zone preselected by it; and the other end of the fibre optics being integrated with a second casing and housing piece intended to be fixed immovably to an internal area of the cab preselected by the operating machine.IMAGE
