COMPOSITION FOR REDUCING AIR POLLUTION DAMAGE IN AFFORESTATIONS

The compositions according to the invention can be used for reducing air pollution damage in afforestations, in particular on conifers, and for curing damage caused by air pollutants acting on silvicultural woody species. The compositions comprise a combination of zinc salts and chloranil and/or ascorbic acid as active substance. Additional active substances which may be present in the compositions are gluconic acid, glucose, 2-ketogulonic acid or Fe(II)sulphate.
