An automatic analyser for a clinical laboratory includes a first station at which samples are collected and a part of each sample is sequentially transferred, a second station at which each transferred cample portion is analysed and measured, two servo-computors which respectively control the operation and intervention times of the motors and mechanisms of the two stations, and a main computer which synchronises the activities of the servo-computors, handles data, and provides an interface with an operator. The servo-computors and main computer together form a microcomputor.
