It consists of a walking stick 2 for transporting and supporting the different elements needed for the collection operation a container 3 which can be folded down and is actuated by means of a spring in the hand grip 1 of the walking stick a cover 4 which covers the container during its transportation phase, separating from it during the collection phase, and the operation of which is controlled from the same spring installed in the hand grip and, lastly, tongs/brush 8 installed in the walking stick in the transportation stage whose purpose is to introduce excrement into the container and to extract and finally dispose of (tip out) said excrement.
