GALLIUM COMPLEXES AND SOLVENT EXTRACTION OF GALLIUMAbstractGallium is extracted in the presence ofother metals from gallium bearing aqueous solutions,by contact with organic solvent containing N-organohydroxamic acids, particularly at described acid andalkaline pH ranges; and recovered from the organicsolvent. New gallium complexes and certain N-organohydroxamic acids are also provided.
