FORM 24 (ss. 21, 31, 34 and 142) This invention is named Slip-On Safety Collar Cover for Animals. It is a device that is tubular in form, waterproof and encases the length of an animal's existing collar, with the exception of the buckle assembly. The Collar Cover's distinct colour, blaze orange, aids to ensure the animal's safety, especially during hunting seasons, as it is visible from afar. The Collar Cover is made of a pliable material and as a result, can be gathered to fit any size collar or it can be cut to fit to the desired length, without damaging the product or reducing the product's effectiveness.
