The invention relates in particular to [1H,5H]-6,7-dihydro-9-fluoro-5-methyl-1-oxobenzo[i,j]quinolizine-2- carboxylic acid, the suspensions being characterised in that they contain a large quantity of such a compound crystallised in the form of undissolved needles, and in that they have a pH lower than or equal to 7, these suspensions being particularly effective for combating gram- and gram+ bacteria in the vegetable diet.
