the present invention relates to monoclonal antibodies which react with monocytes and large t and b lymphocytes in normal human peripheral blood as well as hybridoma cell lines producing monoclonal antibodies.these monoclonal antibodies are called wm - 66 and wm. hybridoma cell lines and the respective called f56 - 2d7 (26 88101104) and f56 - 4d6 (ecacc 88101103). both of these monoclonal antibodies reacted with human leukocyte differentiation antigen not previously recognized.the relative molecular mass of the h antigen called 66 is approximately 65 kda.
