the process described uses of equipment to carry out processing steps with multiple phases of solid liquid vapor freezing by vacuum.wet distillation, freezing, vacuum crystallization and eutectic freezing with coolant.all of these processes require simultaneous vaporization and crystallization operations.the method of the present invention includes: (1) to spread the solution over a rotating surface (53) to form a liquid film.(2) for the liquid film vaporization and crystallization operations simultaneously.(3) to remove the crystal surfaces (53), and (4) to move to the next field of the crystal.the surfaces (53) can be formed by rotating screw with screw threads in them, or by a group of discs placed on the rotary shafts.the screws are partially submerged in the solution, and elements of the vis is wet when they are rotated in the basin.
