The grinding device or grinder (1) essentially consists of an electric motor (18), one or more rotating elements (e.g. toothed disks (20) ), a grinding chamber (19) and a conveyor chamber (21). The fixture (2) is formed by three sections. The upper section (3) is shaped like a hopper, is covered by a top lid (4), has a bottom hole (6) leading to the grinding chamber (19) through a header (23); this section is easily detachable from the rest of the fixture (2) to which it is fastened by means of simple coupling devices and has the function of a dustbin. The middle section (8) contains the grinding device (1), while the lower section (11) constitutes the finishings of the fixture (2).
