Advanced reinforced materials, base materials for the advanced materials, and processes for their production are disclosed. More particularly, the present invention is related to (1) high-strength liquid crystal resin moldings having a specific surface area as 0.29 m²/g or above, (2) liquid resin composites composed of liquid crystal resins and non-liquid crystal resins, wherein the liquid crystal resins are in fibrous form in the non-liquid crystal resins, (3) colored liquid crystal resin moldings and liquid crystal resin composites, (4) antistatic liquid crystal resin moldings and liquid crystal resin composites, (5) infusibilized liquid crystal resin moldings and liquid crystal resin composites, and processes for their production, and (6) processes for rapid solid-phase polymerization for producing the liquid crystal resin moldings and liquid crystal resin composites using organophosphorus compounds. ;Abstract;The present invention relates to advanced reinforcing materials, base material for advanced reinforcing materials, and methods for producing them.;More specifically, the invention relates to: (1) high-strength liquid crystalline resin moldings having a large specific surface area of 0.29m²/g or more, (2) liquid crystalline resin composites consisting of liquid crystalline resin and non-liquid crystalline resin, with the liquid crystalline resin being in the form of fiber and being contained in the non-liquid crystalline resin, (3) liquid crystalline resin moldings and liquid crystalline resin composites which are colored, (4) liquid crystalline resin moldings and liquid crystalline resin composites which have antistaticity (5) infusible liquid crystalline resin moldings and liquid crystalline resin composites, and methods for producing them, and (6) use of organic phosphorus compounds for rapid solid-phase polymerization of liquid crystalline resin moldings and liquid crystalline resin composites.
