Describes a process for manufacturing a strip untrained steel free from winding creases and having a low yield strength and an elongation at the constant elasticity limit in time. Traditionally, one avoids the winding creases in a hot strip with a sufficient alloy or a straightening of the strip to prevent an elongation at the elastic limit. However, the described steel strip is manufactured by adding the alloy by a minimum amount of titanium and with a low coiling temperature ranging between 550 and 400 ° C. The amount of the added titanium alloy is selected to be equal to the quantity stoichiometrically required to bind nitrogen but nevertheless less than that required to bind the carbon and nitrogen. In addition, the steel free from winding creases and resistant to aging, carried out for the strip hot-dip galvanized steel is a vacuum with a titanium content from 0.02 to 0.04% or LD steel a titanium content of 0.03 to 0.08%.
